Abstract
The article explores the methodological approach and techniques that ground long-term previsions of the labour market demand as well as student admission to the vocational training institutions for the rural tourism sector, which is considered as one of the agricultural subdivisions in the country's economy. Therefore, the elaborated technique, which was applied for the further calculations, was based on the average annual employees' demand that is related with structural changes within the sector, technical and management advancement, and also with the specific training/ study programmes at various stages. For the prediction of student admission, the particularities of the modern labour force were elaborated: competition in the labour market, graduates employment within the other economy sectors, employment of retrained persons or graduates from other study programmes, continuation of studies. Particularities of the vocational training and study system were taken into account as well: students' drop out and academic delay. The research results showed specifics of the professional composition within the rural tourism sector's labour force: the greatest demand is for the workers with the lowest qualification and vocational education (such as cooks, barmen, etc.); a high number of employees from the middle unit having non-university degree is required (administrators, managers); and only a few specialists with a university degree is going to be employed in the sector in the future. The biggest problems of the rural tourism sector labor force are seasonal work and instability, poor wages, miserable career possibilities, high mobility of workers to other sectors. These entire factors make impact on the service quality that is the main problem in the rural tourism sector.
Šis straipsnis yra dalis išsamios žemės ūkio specialistų ir kvalifikuotų darbuotojų poreikio ir jų rengimo prognozės 2013-2015 m., kurią 2007 m. atliko Lietuvos žemės ūkio universiteto mokslininkų grupė, vadovaujama doc. dr. A. Radzevičiaus. Kaimo turizmo, kaip vieno iš žemės ūkio ir kaimo plėtros subsektorių, darbo rinkos poreikis turi būti numatomas pagal ilgalaikius prognostinius vertinimus, taikant detalizuotas metodikas. Numatant specialistų ir kvalifikuotų darbininkų rengimo ir priėmimo į profesinio rengimo įstaigas poreikį, reikia įvertinti šiuolaikinės darbo rinkos ypatumus (konkurenciją darbo rinkoje, absolventų įsidarbinimą kituose sektoriuose, persikvalifikavusiųjų įsidarbinimą ar baigus kitas studijų/mokymo programas, studijų tęstinumą) ir profesinio rengimo proceso specifiškumą (moksleivių, studentų „nubyrėjimą", studijų atidėjimą).
