Abstract (en)
A huge number of medical data normally used for daily clinical practice need novel technologies for analysis aiming better clinical interpretation. Institute of Psychophysiology and Rehabilitation is involved in the Lithuanian Grid project "LitGrid" which aims to extend computing power in research and education. Lithuanian Grid will be integrated into the emerging European Grid infrastructure supporting the entire range of scientific disciplines falling within the scope of the European Grid infrastructure. This paper presents the developed system that aims to use Grid technology to visualize multidimensional biomedical data stored on remote machine.
