Elektros energijos kainų prognozavimas
Elektros energijos kainų prognozÄ yra aktuali nepriklausomiems elektros energijos tiekÄjams ir kitiems energetinio tinklo dalyviams. Elektros energijos kainos pasiÅŸymi dideliu kintamumu, sezoniÅ¡kumu, staigiais Å¡uoliais. Kuriant tolimesnius planus, siekiant minimizuoti rizikÄ ir maksimizuoti pelnus, reikalingos kuo tikslesnÄs prognozÄs. LiteratÅ«roje elektros energijos birÅŸos kainų prognozavimui yra taikoma daugybÄ metodų, taÄiau netgi taikant tÄ patį metodÄ Ä¯vairių birşų duomenims, gaunami skirtingi rezultatai. Magistro darbe buvo prognozuojamos elektros energijos kainos Nord Pool birÅŸos Lietuvos kainų zonai. PrognozÄms atlikti buvo taikomi statistiniai (vidurkio, paprastasis metodai, autoregresija, regresija, sezoninis ARIMA modelis, eksponentinis glodinimas) ir maÅ¡ininio mokymo (atraminių vektorių regresija, neuroniniai tinklai, rekurentiniai neuroniniai tinklai, regresijos medis) metodai bei sudaryta interaktyvi generacijų kreivÄ. Rezultatai parodÄ, kad vidutiniÅ¡kai didÅŸiausiÄ tikslumÄ galimÄ pasiekti naudojant atraminių vektorių regresijos modelį, kai įtraukiamos ne tik istorinÄs elektros energijos kainos, bet ir elektros energijos suvartojimo, Lietuvoje generuojamos vÄjo energijos duomenys.
Electricity price forecasting is important for participants of electricity market. Electricity price has features such as high volatility, seasonality, sudden spikes. Accurate forecasts are important for making future plans, minimizing risks and optimizing profits. In literature electricity price is forecasted using various methods. Although, the same approaches let to achieve different results in different markets. In this master thesis forecasts for Lithuaniaâs price zone in Nord Pool market were made. Statistical (average, Naive methods, autoregression, regression, seasonal ARIMA model, exponential smoothing) and machine learning techniques (support vector machines, neural networks, recurrent neural networks, regression tree) as well as interactive merit order curve were used for electricity price prediction. Results showed that typically the best accuracy can be achieved using support vector regression model which includes not only historical electricity prices but also data of consumption and wind generated power in Lithuania.
