Business Administration
Description
Some say entrepreneurs are born. Others say entrepreneurs
are made. We say that in all cases, strong preparation is necessary, as it
enables strategic thinking and effective response to the ever-changing business
environment within a dynamic organisation. And that's what our Business
Administration study programme is all about. Here, you will learn to be an
entrepreneurial, successful, and creative leader, management professional,
consultant, and owner of your own business – a business leader who understands
all the processes that take place in businesses and organisations and is
capable of making bold yet informed business decisions.
During your studies, you will acquire the fundamentals of
economics, management, finance, and marketing, and delve into the secrets of
entrepreneurship and leadership, financial accounting, competitiveness,
business law, human resource management, and other areas.
After completing the Business Administration study
programme, your career opportunities are limitless: you can start your own
business success story or help others write theirs.

Assoc. Prof. Asta Gaigalienė, Head of the Programme
This faculty has always been and will continue to be my home because of the atmosphere of freedom to speak, act, and create. It was these things that gave me a clear vision of what I want to achieve, helped me find like-minded people, and encouraged me to make the most of the study opportunities at FEM.
Džiugas Petruškevičius, Business Solutions Manager at Ignitis, Teacher at ISM, Lecturer at Bit&Byte Academy
I want to express my joy and say that if it weren't for the atmosphere, the teachers, and the overall vibe, I can't imagine how I would have improved and expanded my business. I am grateful to the entire FEM community for their support and the opportunity to grow.
