Aula Magna Music Association

The VMU Aula Magna Music Association unites active citizens and members of the academic community, music lovers and artists. The association seeks for the VMU Aula Magna to become a prominent cultural hotbed, a cosy space for chamber music favoured by the Kaunas public and guests.

The VMU Aula Magna hosts concerts which are meant to encourage young people to pursue interests in classical and modern music, bring together the public appreciating professional music, incite the society to form more sophisticated aesthetic needs in music. The series of concerts The Aula Magna Music Nights presented a wide variety of musical interpretations: from the old sacral music to modern composers’ works, from instrumental chamber ensembles and vocals to choral music.
