Abstract

Milita Vienažindienė is associated professor at Vytautas Magnus University (Faculty of Bioeconomy Development, Agriculture Academy) since 2017. In 2009 a degree of doctor of Social Science at Kaunas university of technology was pursued. An academic title of associated professor was awarded in 2014. She has more than 20 years of scientific and teaching experience in higher education institutions. For 18 years, she worked as a lecturer at KTU Economics and Business School. Currently, she is the chairperson of Master study Business Logistics Program Committee at the VMU, a member of committee of the bachelor study Program Logistics and Trade. Supervises the final theses of bachelor and master, reviews the final theses, actively participates in the preparation of applications for study and research projects. She has published more than 25 scientific articles in high-level scientific journals presenting research results in business process management and improvement, supply chain management, sustainability, green logistics, flexible work organization, Lean concept implementation, and other areas. She is the co-author of an international monograph, 2 textbooks and 4 educational books. Since 2021 November she is the head of the Department of Business and Rural Development Management (Faculty of Bioeconomy Development, VMU).
