dc.description.abstractStraipsnyje pristatoma ikimokyklinio amžiaus vaikų teisių supratimo ir pažeidimų problema. Pasaulyje labai dažnai pažeidžiamos ikimokyklinio amžiaus vaikų teisės, suteikiančios jiems galimybę turėti tinkamas gyvenimo sąlygas, visapusiškai tobulėti, įsitraukti j aktyvią veiklą ir tapti sąmoningu visuomenės nariu. Lietuvoje iki šiol pasigendama išsamių tyrimų apie ikimokyklinio amžiaus vaikų teises. Remiantis įvairių autorių teoriniais teiginiais trumpai aptariamos vaikų teisių apsaugos realijos Lietuvoje ir pasaulyje. Siekiama išsiaiškinti, kaip vaikai supranta savo teises, kokiuose žaidimuose ir dėl kokių priežasčių pažeidžiamos vaikų teiseslt
dc.description.abstractCurrently the problem of protection of pre-school children's rights around the world has become of utmost importance for nowadays pedagogical and psichological investigators. Every child deserves - a healthy start, the opportunity to learn and protection from harm. In Lithuania no comprehensive research on pre-school age childrens rights. The goal of the research: to reveal child's attitude towards their rights and situation of right to play in pre-school groups. The research methods: analysis of theoretical literature sources, con¬versation with children, observation of children. The research revealed that the majority of children understand their basic rights. It needs to mention, that childrens rights to play and to have their own opinion are most ignored by teachers. Childrems rights usually are violated during role plays. Disagreements often arise as a result of: failure to share toys, roles and an unwillingness to play the game to other childrenen
