dc.description.abstractHybro-G broilers aged 3 and 5 weeks were taken for the study. Soy cakes in their rations were changed for protein components of local origin; such as field beans, lupines, peas, ra-peseed meal. All broilers aged 5 weeks accumulated the energy at the same level (78% to 79.9%). The least accumulation of energy was determined with feed that contained 20% of lupines (Group 4), as well as with feed containing 5% of peas and 15% of soy cakes (Group 1). Energy accumulation with feed containing 8% and 13% of rapeseed meal (Groups 2 and 3) was similar (74.8% to 77.9%). The best protein digestibility was obtained with feed containing 20% of beans (Group 4), 15% of lupines and 5% of soy cakes (Group 3), 10% of peas and 10% of soy cakes, 8% of rapeseed meal and 12% of soy cakes (Group 2). The largest fat accumulation was determined with feed that contained 5% of beans and 15% of soy cakes, as well as with feed containing 20% of lupine (Group 4), 10% of peas and 10% of soy cakes (Group 2) and with feed containing 13% of rapeseed meal and 7% of soy cakes (Group 3).
