Abstract: Research unfolded positive attitude of pre-school teachers which participated in the questionnaire - survey towards Lithuanian language teaching of bilingual children. At the same time fundamental problems of teaching bilingual children Lithuanian language showed up: a) pre-school teachers are not enough familiar with laws of bilinguality in childhood; b) majority of pre-school teachers do not have a clue about methodology of teaching second language, they lack of methodical recommendations which are necessary for solving this problem
