Abstract (en)
In 2014 - 2015 precision field experiments to assess the effect of amide nitrogen liquid fertilizer with magnesium and sulfur on chlorophyll a and nitrogen content in spring wheat were carried out on the experimental station of Aleksandras Stulginskis University. The findings revealed that liquid amide nitrogen fertilizer with magnesium and sulfur influenced changes in the levels of chlorophyll a in plants. The effect was dependent on the concentrations of fertilizer solutions and plant development stage. Application of 0,50 – 2,50 % concentrations of liquid amide nitrogen fertilizer solutions at tilllering stage and 0,75 – 2,50 % concentrations at booting stage resulted in significant increase in nitrogen content in plants.
