The nutritional status of different mulberry varieties is ascertained by its biochemical constituents. Different parts of mulberry are a rich sources of protein, fiber, ash, chlorophyll, carotenoids, etc. The aim of this research is to evaluate and compare biochemical composition of different parts leaves and roots of two mulberry (Morus alba L.) cultivars.
