Abstract: Aprašyti, koduoti ir įvertinti surinktų topografinių elementų erdvinius duomenis plačiai taikomos GIS technologijos. Jų panaudojimas projektavimo uždaviniams spręsti tapo ne tik paprasta būtinybe, bet ir tolesne ekonominės bei socialinės pažangos sąlyga. Straipsnyje pateikiamas sudaryto Klaipėdos miesto atsitiktiniu atrankos būdu pasirinktos teritorijos topografinio plano įvertinimas patalpinant jos erdvinių elementų duomenis į Klaipėdos miesto GDB500K masyvą. Įvertinus buvo nustatyti netikslumai: pagal esamą situaciją gyvenamasis namas nutolęs per 1,06 m, tvora per 1,38 m, šaligatvio netikslumai siekė iki 1 metro, o šlaito iki 1,82 m paklaida
Topographical plan is an activity related to surveying and engineering, including the measurement of natural and physical land, also individual three-dimensional topography objects. The main problem is a lack of information on the spatial elements of underground, therefore, it is important to collect, store and systematize spatial data on topographical elements to achieve the required user. Very important is the high digital cartography visual quality. It is achieved through contractual topographical character sets which include all the important points of the plan, contours, lines and areas. GDB500K array of cartographic data is widely used for planning, monitoring and accounting, as well for environmental analysis. The task – to carry out revision on spatial data of topographical elements, evaluating Veterinary Street's (Klaipeda city) topographic plan spatial data consistency to GIS environment. The topographic map for 29 Veterinary Street of Klaipeda city was drawn up in accordance with specifications of GKTR 2.11.02:2000. A comparison of the topographical plan drawn by the Department of Geodesy of Klaipeda city and GIS data has revealed the inaccuracies: according to the current situation, residential house is at a distance of 1.06 m, fence – over 1.38 m, sidewalk irregularities amounted to 1 meter, and the slope error to 1.82 m. Topographic plan of spatial data has been transferred to the mapping data GDB500K array; it saves only refined and qualitative data. Revised and qualitative topographic plan of spatial data has been transferred to an array of cartographic data GDB500K. The data collected is widely used for planning territories in Klaipeda city
