Abstract: Rolling element bearing faults are among the main causes of breakdown in rotating mac nes. Envelope Detection or Amplitude Demodulation is the technique of extracting the modu: ting signal from an amplitude-modulated signal. The result is the time history of the modulati signal. This signal may be studied and interpreted as it is in the time domain or it may be subj ted to a subsequent frequency analysis. Envelope Analysis is the FFT (Fast Fourier Transfo frequency spectrum of the modulating signal. Experimental results show that there are significant differences of vibration accelerati throughout key base bands. Key incensements of vibration acceleration of worn bearing 0,0398 m/s2; 0,0487 m/s2; 0,1154 m/s2 compared to incensements of new bearing which 0,0039 m/s2, 0,0019 m/s2, 0,0012 m/s2
