Abstract: Biodiesel is a potential renewable liquid fuel for section of transport. It is produced from various fats. The equilibrium between agriculture, economical development and environment as well as emission and pollution reduction can be reached using the biodiesel. In in situ production of fatty acid methyl esters by biotechnological method the optimum content of lipase Novozym 435 is 13 % from rapeseed oil content. Optimum molar ration between methanol and oil is 20:1. The process of in situ trans-esterification by methanol is recommended to care out in 40 °C temperature for 48 hours
