Abstract (en)
This paper presents the summarized investigations results of winter wheat and spring barley yield and weediness under the condition of organic and intensive cropping systems in limed CMg-n-w-dy as well as LVa-gld-w soils. The yield of winter wheat grain increased up by 44-62%, the one of spring barley increased by 94-106%. Application of intensive cropping system reduced the crop weediness. Under the conditions of organic cropping system short-lived dicotyledonus weeds were spread more widely while under the conditions of intensive cropping system perennial monocotyledonus weeds were observed more often.
