Abstract: In the world noise is a growing problem that is estimated to affect the health and quality of a Legals acts and initiated law projects of European Union and Lithuania emphasize rortance of noise reduction, environmental effects issues, necessity to collect and store information related to traffic flows, :his paper traffic noise measured at the Ringaudai arterial crossing which is characterized ■ high traffic flow rates and it is determined that dominating noise is at the low iequencies range. It is determined that dominating traffic noise is at the low frequencies nge and LAeq levels almost continuously decrease till the end of the green traffic signal cycle
