After estimation of critical and initial speed of particles with various aerodynamic characteristics and the angles of their occurrence into the air stream position, the investigation of the particle movement in variable free air flow was fulfilled. Linear relationship was used to get more precise results of ambient resistance force. Differential equations were made for the calculation of particle speed of various aerodynamic qualities with the help of binary linear relationship. Particle shifts and their variation were calculated using the disclosed relationships of the particle speed change in the direction of axis ox. Differential equations are universal and they can be used to optimize the technological processes of separation machines for chaff and grain cleaning.
