Abstract: Effectiveness of experimental ferment preparations (Resinase HT, Lipozyme TL 100L, Lipase Ps. mend., JSC ,,Biocentras") produced by Lithuanian scientists in the oleic acid esterification reaction with glycerol was evaluated. The most effective at the same reaction conditions (7 % of ferment preparation from quantity of oleic acid, reaction temperature - 40 °C, molar ratio of oleic acid and glycerol - 1:1) was biocatalyst Lipozyme TL 1 OOL. The catalytic effectiveness of other investigated biocatalysts was very low (Resinase HT) or they didn't show any catalytic properties (Lipase Ps. mend., JSC Biocentras" lipase)
