The paper presents an investigation of the dynamics of deformations of automatic disconnector pillars in hydro technique object. The deformations raise impermissible changes of disconnectors contacts. Those changes cause emergency disconnections of electricity supply. The overall work of pillar and soil is a complex process, which depends on many factors. The largest intensity of changes of pillars deformations take place when the temperature of the air is minus or the nip is periodically changing with the thaw. The precipitation and the humidity of soil, its wetting are the causes of the deformation as well. The article describes the influence of different vertical deformations of the pillars on disconnection of the disconnectors. In order to avoid the disconnection of disconnectors the stiffness of contiguous pillars should be secured. This idea was realized practically by applying channel construction, and no nonprognosticated deformations and electric feed disconnections have occurred.
