Abstract
Thyroid diseases are an endocrine originated pathology. In XXI century it’s causing a lot of worries for people all over the world. A lot of internal and external factors are affecting those diseases: various physiological states (pregnancy, maturation, and climax), stress, chronic infection, environment pollution, unreasonable nutrition, damage of iodine cycle. Thyroid hormones regulate human growth and development processes; have influence on nervous system, heart and gonads. Thyroid hormones hasten metabolism and oxidation reactions; take part in heat discharge process. In recent years when science evolve very quickly, technologies are improving, new and very precise methods of analysis are developed, the number of thyroid diseases is increased dangerously. Detection of Thyroid-stimulating hormone (also known as TSH or thyrotropin) and free thyroxine (FT4) hormones concentration in blood serum by its clinical meaning is very important and minimum invasive.[...].
