The concept of continual, life long learning, in developing of which the UNESCO played the most important part, at present is widely accepted as the valuable basis for education organization in the society. Adult education in one or another country, one or another region differs a lot. It is also different in different social and cultural groups inside the society. There are significant differences among the concepts, policies and models of adult education. The Delor commission report „Education is a fortune“ invites to perceive the education in the context of life long learning and understand the four basic foundations it sits on: learning to know, learning to act, learning to exist, learning to live together /1, p. 5-7/. The concept of life long learning helps to reflect anew on the contents of the learning. In the constant change of geo-economical and geo-cultural situation, the constructive dialogue with other members of the society is of utmost importance for a contemporary person. To affiliate and develop good interrelationship, cooperation bridges between countries and cultures must be built. Language plays an important role in the process of intercultural humanitarian relations. It is the only instrument for the members of different lingua-ethnical communities to understand each other. These are the main reasons why the former lingua-didactical and methodical researches are being gradually replaced by the topics of intercultural communication, or, to be more exact, the striving to raise the abilities to successfully act in that communication.[...]
