Abstract: Political and economical changes are those factors that influence participation of adults in variuos learning activities in recent decade. Foreign languages gain an exceptional popularity, Russian language is one of these. Adult learning is different from learning of children, as adults are motivated and conscious about their learning. Also, they take responsibility for both the process, and the outcomes of learning. Successful learning is influenced by a number of factors: experiense, sharing of experience, physical facilities, forms, and methods of teaching and learning, ability to engage into partnership with teachers
