The article evaluates the ethical aspects of sustainability. People can learn about their values when analysing the history of their life, discerning the decisions of their career they have made and their influential causes. According to the collected theoretical and practical material, the perspectives of future developments in sustainability from the viewpoint of principles of sustainable development management and ethical behaviour systems are reviewed. The result of man and nature conflict is the ecological problem, which is one of the most topical and urgent problems in the world. Sustainable development solutions can be ecological if a new ecological philosophy and new attitude to man and nature arise. Ecological philosophy, as a new and modern limb of philosophy, has to harmonize human and nature relations.
