Abstract

A research was carried out at the VDU Agricultural Academy experimental station, whose purpose is to determine the influence of different biological preparations or the influence of their combinations on the yield and structural elements of winter oilseed rape (Brassica napus L. spp. oleifera biennis metzg.). There are used biological preparations - Fosfix and Millerplex and their combinations. The research was performed in 2018-2019. There was investigated the winter rape variety ‘Cult’. The soil was carbonated deeper gleyic leachate (IDg4 – k) (Calc(ar)iEndohypogleyic Luvisol) (LVg-n-w-cc).
Research methods – before the harvest, there were excised at each iteration of the experiment were cut out 4 randomly selected 0.25 m2 accounting areas. The rape feet of each replicate were brought to the laboratory where the elements of the crop structure and later the average indicators were calculated. Productive crop density was calculated before the harvest, productive stems and plants were counted in randomly selected 4 locations (0.25 m2) in each field, and then their average amount was calculated per 1 m2. The elements of the yield structure are calculated by weighing and using direct calculation. Research data was evaluated by dispersal analysis method using software package SYSTAT 10.
Research results – used biological preparations had an effect on the yield of winter oilseed rape and on the elements of the crop structure. Using of the biological preparations MillerPlex 0.3 l ha-1 and Fosfix 1 l ha-1, individually or in combination, and bigger amounts, significantly higher yields of rapeseed yield (0.5 t ha-1 and 0.7 t ha-1 ) were obtained compared to the control. Studying the elements of productive crop density, significantly higher results were also obtained in the crop density (the number of plants per m2 increased by 1.6 and 1.7 units), the plants‘ productivity (1.8 g) and 1000 seeds weight (0.22 g). Used preparations did not have a significant effect on the number of pods in the plant, on the amount of seeds in the plant and the number of seeds in the pod. Two lattest indicators had a tendency to increase. The best results in the study of seeds yield and the yield structure elements were obtained using MillerPlex 0.3 l ha-1 + Fosfix 1 l ha-1 this combination twice (BBCH 25 and BBCH 50-59).
