Norway spruce (Picea abies (L.) H. Karst.) is known as it can accumulate various compounds – phenols and organics acids. The purpose of the study is to research physical stressors (cold plasma and electromagnetic field) influence for different genetic families of Norway spruce chemical properties. It was established that CP 1 min. had a possitive impact on five of seven analyzed Norway spruce families (577, 477, 463, 541 and 548) for phenolics compounds concentration. The 541 family standed out the most where phenolics compounds concentraton was 5.032 mg/g bigger than control. Also family 541 (with CP 1 min.) influence characterized bigger than control and the biggest flavanoids concentration around all the families. The positive influence of CP 1 min. for antioxidant activity was established in families 541 and 577. It was used DPPH and ABTS methods where antioxidant activity was bigger than control, 4 mM/ml and 30 mM/ml bigger, respectively. Analysis of photosynthesis pigments showed that CP 1 min. had a negative influence on 541 family where chlorophyll (a and b) and carotenoids concentrations were least in all families. However, CP 1 min. had a possitive influence on family 477. Analysis of organics acids showed that 541 family standed out the most after CP 1 min. Influence – Norway spruce needles had bigger concentrations of malic, succinic, folic, citric oxalic and ascorbic acids than control. To conclude, 541 family of Norway spruce with CP 1 min. stressor could be used for further researches for obtain bigger amount phenolics compounds and flavanoids. Furthermore, it could be used for increasing of antioxidant activity and organics acids for Norway spruce needles. On the other hand, smaller amount of photosynthesis pigments showed that the 541 family after CP 1 min. stressor cannot grow faster than Norway spruce families without physicals stressors.
